What’s Community Supported Agriculture?

  • Our CSA collective allows people to align what’s on their plate with their core values - good food, produced in relationship with people you know, in a thriving ecosystem

  • It means ditching anonymous meat and dysfunctional relationships with supermarkets and becoming part of something real - a partnership between farmers and eaters.

  • It’s a mutual commitment - you sign up for six or twelve months of supporting our farm, and we commit to feeding your family 5kg of the best grassfed beef, pasture-raised pork and delicious, ethical eggs every month.

  • Our 70 member families are at the core of what we do - they guide us in what we produce, they enjoy amazing food that you literally can’t buy and together, we change the world.

  • Members get weekly farm updates, invites to seasonal events, first dib at Christmas hams and the odd cheeky extra in their packs when we can.

  • Membership for a 5kg pack plus 2 dozen eggs is $180/month if you’re collecting in West End, Nambour or on-farm, or $195 if you would like home delivery.

“We love being part of a CSA tribe, and supporting a family who are so dedicated to nurturing a thriving ecosystem.”

James & Jaz, Sunshine Coast

“We get our meat and eggs from Belvedere Farm because it’s pasture-raised, all-natural and they really care about healing the land they raise it on. It tastes seriously amazing too.”

Nick & Kylie, Brisbane

“It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business.”

 FAQs

  • Each month’s pack will be different, which allows us to give you the best of what we produce.

Typically, it’ll be 2kg of beef, 2kg of pork and 1kg of smallgoods like ham and bacon.

Cuts include steaks, roasts, chops, schnitzels, gluten & preservative free sausages, mince and nitrate-free bacon & ham.

  • If you have particular dietary or religious preferences (i.e. no sausages or pork), we’ll always try to accommodate you.

Otherwise, the packs are randomly filled each month, which is important to make sure we use the whole animal - unfortunately they’re not entirely made from rib fillet!

  • We rely on the steady income from our CSA to keep the animals and ourselves fed, which is why it’s a monthly commitment.

We do understand that life happens, so there’s a few options:

You can find a friend who would enjoy your pack and we’d be happy to deliver it to them.

You can allocate your pack to our Mutual Aid program and we’ll give it to a family in need.

Or, with notice, you can skip a month without payment.

  • Absolutely! We love backyard chicken keepers and offer a 6kg CSA pack with no eggs for the same price.

We’d love to have you.
